Material Editor - custom spectrum

I have created a custom spectrum in Material Editor for material density in Mimics. I would like to use this same custom spectrum on several other CT scans. Is there a way to save this custom spectrum as a file and read this file into the other CT scans?

Currently in Mimics the custom spectrum is only saved within the same project. Opening Mimics and loading in a new image set would reset the color assignment to default.
It could be that this is something that is looked at for a future release of Mimics (being given the option of saving a color spectrum after making changes). Thank you for the suggestion!
