Now I have a 3D model of mandible, as well as 2 stl files of implants. I want to put the implants into the manible and measure the angle between the implants. With the measurement, I can find the right place for the implants. Is this possible in Mimics?

You can measure the angle between the centerlines of them

You can go to MedCAD > Freeform Tree > Fit centerline; then choose the implants. After you get the centerlines, you can see them in both 2D and 3D view. Remember to set the 'Toggle Transparecy' as 'on'.
Then go to Simulation > Measure and Analyse > choose 'overview' > new
Here you can define measurement type -angle (line1-2/line3-4)

After you define the measurement type, you can go back to the analysis dialog box. Choose what you just defined from Analysis dropdown menu. Then indicate 4 points in 2D or 3D view, so that you can get 2 lines. As soon as you indicated 4 points, you'll find the measurement result in '3D measurements'.

Auto-update?

I do not currently have the CAD module.  Will the measurements auto-update when you modify the implant possition?  Thanks for your feedback.

Auto-update of the measurements

Whether the measurements will be updated automatically depends on where you indicate the points.
Points that are indicated on a 3D are coupled to this 3D and will move when you modify the position of the 3D; the measurements will be auto-updated.
Points indicated on 2D do not move when a 3D is repositioned; so the measurements will not be auto-updated.
