Importing GE format file into mimics

Hi everybody, I am trying to import Visible human project data from National Institutes of health into mimics. The data is from GE CT scanner with .fre extension, however mimics states that " I dont have the licencse for GE advantage import" do somebody know how to import GE files into mimics? or can I convert GE format into JPEG or standard dicom format using any other viewer? Do anyone have such experience? kindly share thanks

Many of the proprietary

Many of the proprietary formats can be imported into Mimics, but require another module to do so. For a list of the supported formats, open the Mimics Reference Guide (Help/General Help) and search "Proprietary Formats". Contact your local Materialise office if you need to work with images in one of these formats.
